How we choose trainers
Three things every trainer needs
Current experience
They are doing the work now, or did it recently at a senior level. We don't hire career trainers to read slides about an industry.
HRD Corp certified
Trainers hold HRD Corp Train-the-Trainer certification, so they can deliver claimable programmes and know how to run a room.
Good in the room
We sit in on sessions and read every evaluation. Trainers who don't hold a group's attention don't stay on the roster.
