The Dune began as a collaborative business hub for founders. The Collective carries that on: people running real businesses who learn from each other, share their numbers and help each other make better calls.
Why it exists
Running a company is lonely. It doesn't need to be uninformed.
Your team works for you, your investors want a return, and your friends don't know what a cash conversion cycle is. A room of founders at a similar stage is one of the few places you get honest, informed pushback.
We keep circles small, mix industries so nobody is competing, and hold members to confidentiality. The value comes from people turning up and being straight with each other.

Where we are
The Dune @ Ativo Plaza
The Dune opened its first hub at Light Grey, Sungai Buloh in October 2024, with HURUF, TESS and SION among its first occupants. Today we are based at Ativo Plaza in Bandar Sri Damansara.

Who can join The Collective?
Founders and co-founders running an operating business in Malaysia, typically with revenue and a team. We keep each circle small and mixed across industries, so we review applications to get the balance right.
Is there a membership fee?
Membership details and fees are shared during the application call, once we have confirmed the circle is a good fit for you.
How much time does it take?
As much as you put in. Sessions, mentoring and events run through the year, and you choose what to attend. Members who show up consistently get the most out of it.
Is what I share kept confidential?
Yes. Every member agrees that what is shared in peer sessions stays in the room. That is what makes it possible to talk about real numbers and real problems.
