What we collect

When you contact us, register for a programme or apply to The Collective, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, job title, email, phone number and anything you include in your message. For training participants we also keep attendance and evaluation records, which HRD Corp requires for grant claims.

How we use it

• To reply to enquiries and prepare quotations
• To deliver training and prepare the documents your employer needs for HRD Corp claims
• To send information about programmes or events, if you've agreed to receive it
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations

Who we share it with

We share participant and programme records with HRD Corp and with your employer as needed for grant applications and claims. Where a trainer or advisor from one of our group companies works on your programme, they will see the information needed to deliver it. We don't sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep training records for as long as HRD Corp and tax rules require, and enquiry records for up to two years unless you become a client.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or withdraw consent for the use of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected].
